10/10 great spot for ammo!

I made a purchase this morning in your store of over 4000 rounds. When I returned home and looking through my receipt I noticed that I was not charged for a 1000 rounds of 223 that was on sale for $549.99. The background check was completed on this caliber at the original sale. I called in and they asked if I could come in and I agreed. Upon return I was welcomed by two associates that had helped collect my purchases and were very personable both times. The gentleman that actually was behind the cash register was in the corner of the store and would not even make eye contact let alone apologize for the mix up. The young man that helped me upon my return quickly took care of the transaction. But I noticed that I was charged for the background check again which was probably automatically set by the computer. The young man reaches in his pocket ready to give me a $1. I told him to keep it.I write all this to tell you, you have good guys working there and some that need to practice their people skills. When a mistake is made, own up to it. The only thing that was offered to me to rectify an over $550 mistake that was in my favor was the $1 out of an employee’s own pocket which was over charged.Update: I got a call from the regional manager and we had a good talk. He is about customer service and sometimes that is hard to keep a handle on when you have employees. I will return.
